Dataset description

Tax statistics on legal entities include statistics on taxpayers, tax factors (pure profit/capital) and tax income by legal form, profit and capital classes as well as district and municipality. The tax income is the simple state tax, unless otherwise stated. The data comes from the Cantonal Tax Office. Income tax and capital tax are levied every year. For the purposes of determining the profit/capital tax, the profit/capital shall be counted on the profit/capital on a specific reference date (profit/capital at the end of the financial year).
