Dataset description
The data of the official survey (AV) and the resulting plan for the land register (PfdGB) are the basis for the recording and description of the land in the land register (Art. 950 ZGB). In addition, the AV data are the georeference data for the federal government, canton and municipalities as well as business, science and third parties for the extraction of geoinformation (Art. 1 VAV). The recording, management and follow-up of the AV data is decentralised at the responsible tracking agencies per municipality. As projected properties, plots of land in mutation as well as projected buildings are managed from building approval. Completed buildings and installations have to be carried out within a year of completion in the AV. After the follow-up, the AV data must be uploaded to the central data portal Canton of Zurich within one week. The content and data structure of the official survey (AV) are defined in the data model DM01AVZH24. The AVWMS is based on the simplified data model MOpublicZH. The information levels of AVWMS (MOpublicZH): — Fix points: Permanently insured reference points for the coordinate reference frame LV95 — Ground cover: Buildings, roads, waters, forest etc. — Single objects: Building parts, wall, bridge, masts etc. — Nomenclature: Place names, hall names — real estate: Border points, land, independent and permanent rights — pipelines: High pressure pipes for gas and oil — Limits of jurisdiction: Municipal, district, cantonal, state borders — Building addresses: House number, streets, postal code and localities Documentation https://www.cadastre.ch/de/manual-av/service/mopublic.html The data of the official survey (AV) and the resulting plan for the land register (PfdGB) are the basis for the recording and description of the land in the land register (Art. 950 ZGB).
