Contains details of doctors that are appointed in writing by HSE to conduct statutory medicals to assess the fitness to work of divers, which is a regulatory requirement pre-employment and at annual intervals. Basic contact data for approved doctors are made publically available via HSE’s website. Records include: name, address, email, telephone number, General Medical Council registration number, date of appointment, date of next review and date of revocation. Approximately 200 records in this database. It does not contain any sensitive information.
