Dataset originates from mapping held by Devon County Council in relation to Minerals Consultation Areas (subsequently Minerals Safeguarding Areas) - taken on by DNPA as legislative change made DNPA Minerals Planning Authority. It is only reviewed and amended alongside the review of the Minerals Development Plan (therefore most recently 2004). Upon accessing this Licensed Data you will be deemed to have accepted the terms of the Public Sector End User Licence - INSPIRE
