Dataset description
<p>This release presents official statistics on energy performance of buildings in England and Wales, including energy efficiency ratings, environmental impact ratings, energy usage, costs and emissions of dwellings and non-dwellings. The statistics will derive from two datasets - Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and Display Energy Certificates (DECs). Published by Department for Communities and Local Government.</p>
