Dataset description
Records of all verbal abuse and/or physical violence reported are held by the corporate health and safety team. Any employee who perceives they have been verbally abused or been exposed to violence have the right to report directly to the Health and Safety Team on form VA04. All reports received are recorded in the database. All serious incidents are investigated.
