Satisfaction and progression survey data for customers of Next Step collected one month (satisfaction) and six months (progression) after the adviser session (September 2011 - March 2012). Survey research conducted among Next Step careers service customers receiving the telephone and face-to-face advice service. Examines customer satisfaction with the service and their progression subsequent to their call or meeting with an adviser. The survey was conducted by telephone.
