NHS Safety Thermometer Report - Survey-level

The NHS Safety Thermometer is a local improvement tool for measuring, monitoring and analysing patient harms and 'harm free' care. The Survey-level export contains a copy of all the data in the national tool. These files require Microsoft Excel 2007 or later, and are for rolling twelve month periods. From April 2017: NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) is now managing the NHS Safety Thermometer on behalf of NHS Improvement, including the collection and publication of the NHS Safety Thermometer data.
